Ratio Method Quick Reference
Ratio 0.95 - 1.05Normal range — no action required. Continue monitoring.
Ratio 1.05 - 1.15Moderate uptick — notify operations, prepare contingency staffing.
Ratio > 1.15Significant surge — activate OT, defer offline, extend shifts.
Ratio < 0.85Significant drop — consider early releases, shift to offline work.
